1150 0r PDA - Which Is Better? I have been reading on the 1150 for the last 3 days - as much as I like my PDA, the 1150 is easier to read with. At first I thought the lower res screen would be a problem, but I quickly got used to it. The serif font and the paperback screen size combine to make reading faster and much much more print book like than the PDA. Since the only thing the 1150 does is read books it is very easy to operate compared to a PDA. You do not have to learn nearly so much to operate the 1150.

The PDA is much more portable. You can slip it into a jacket pocket and always have your books with you. Plus the PDA will keep your addresses, games and schedule for you. But doing all those things makes it complex. The 1150 is by far the more booklike experience. More ... Who should buy an 1150? |
